A dedicated micro-cutting machine, running since 2010, handles very thin gauges with micrometric precision, confirmed at quotation. Cutting, CNC bending (electric press brake up to 1 m, hydraulic up to 3 m) and laser marking sit under one roof, so one supplier answers for the whole part. Marking covers DataMatrix ECC 200 (ISO/IEC 16022), GS1 and QR codes. Frequently asked questions
What file formats do you accept?
DXF, DWG, STEP/STP, IGES/IGS and dimensioned PDFs up to 50 MB per file. A sketch with dimensions is enough for a first estimate.
Do you ship outside France?
Yes. We regularly ship across the EU (Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland) and on request worldwide. Incoterms agreed per order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. From single prototypes to series of several thousand parts: we quote and run both on the same machines.
Can you handle finishing in-house?
Deburring, bending (CNC press brake), laser marking and traceability are done in-house. Anodising, powder coating, plating and chroming are managed through trusted partners.
